Single instance and tabs vor greenshot editor

Description

It would be nice, if greenshot editor supports single instance and tabs.

So i would have only a window for x Screenshots

Not having tabs makes greenshot painful to use when taking numerous screenshots while working on technical documents or working on support issues for clients that need specific details sent back to them with screenshots.

In 1.0 RC3 I added an export option, "reuse editor if possible", this will
go through the open editors and take the first one it finds where the image
doesn't have changes.

If no editor is found, it will open a new one.

Tab support is currently not planed for 1.0 or 1.1...
