Effects - border shortcut

Description

Would it be possible to add a shortcut to the effects-border function? I add a border about 95% of the time, so it would be super nice to have. Maybe just the letter 'b'.
My workflow is PrtScn button, then it auto opens in the editor. I add a border, then use the Ctrl+Shift+C shortcut and close out the editor. Thank you. I love greenshot and recommend it to everyone I work with.

Could be resolved by an “auto-border” feature?
