How can I get the same behavior as the one built-in in Windows 11 (Screen is copied to clipboard + there's a notification in the right bottom corner that I can click to open image editor, but that will close automatically if I don't click it)?

Description

How can I get the same behavior as the one built-in in Windows 11?

In Windows 11, when I press Print Screen and select the screenshot area, the image is automatically copied to the clipboard, plus a notification popup is opened in the right bottom corner. If I click that notification popup, an image editor will appear. And If I don’t click it, it will go away on its own in a few seconds.

This behavior makes it very efficient for the use case when we need to copy the image into clipboard by default (without any additional clicks), but also we can make 1 additional click to open the image editor.

Please see the attached image.
