IP address 172.64.80.1 gets flagged as an IOC during Greenshot usage

The AV/EDR solution that I use keep alerting on the IP address 172.64.80.1 as an IOC with low severity. It has been flagged as ‘malicious’ by one security vendor (CRDF) and ‘suspicious’ by another vendor (ArcSight Threat Intelligence) on VirusTotal. Not sure if you have heard of this before. Could you confirm if this is a false positive or is there anything you need to do about it? A response would be appreciated!
