I am using Greenshot 1.3.227 UNSTABLE on my Windows 10 (work) laptop, and it was working fine. But something changed where Greenshot no longer functions (I don’t have control over windows updates - our IT department pushes them to us without warning).
When I run the executable, there is a Greenshot process in my Task Manager, but there is no icon in my system tray, and the Greenshot.log file never gets updated. So I believe the app isn’t starting correctly.
I see no errors in my event log or my virus scanner, but the app is definitely not running correctly.
Can you give me some instructions what to check/try next?
