I made one feature request some time ago and had to create an account to do so. I now have to use Jira for work and I need to remove my account from your system in order to do so (for security reasons). Per a conversation with Atlassian directly, it's easiest for this to be done on your end and not theirs. They also suggested you switch to service desk to prevent this in the future but that's another issue entirely.
