Editor Icons too small to use

Description

I have been unable to find a way to get windows to show the editor icons at a size that is large enough to use properly.

Any Ideas?

Windows 10
MS Surface Book 2
Screen Res 3000 x 2000

Open the settings, and increase the icon size from 16 to 48.
