Hi,
when Greenshot is started, for instance after installing it or when you reboot, it waits in the background until you press one of the defined hotkeys, by default the Printscreen key. Than it becomes active, and takes a screenshot. You can decide what you want to do with it, and than Greenshot goes back to sleep in the background. You can see the keys and settings via the system-tray-icon (near the clock), there should be a green "G" there.
Running it twice, or running it to exit again, currently doesn't make sense at all.
Greenshot is not designed to work differently, but maybe you can explain your use-case?
Best wishes,
Robin

Hello everyone !
I have shortcut Key on my laptop.
I would like to map one of them on Greenshot to directly take a screenshot instead of displaying a window saying
"An instance of Greenshot is already running"
Is there an argument i could pass in the shortcut like
"Greenshot.exe -capture"
Thank you very mutch
