I would like to know whether this software uploads imgur images securely and privately? Which means no one else views the images uploaded to imgur?

You should ask Imgur, not us. It is not our platform, Greenshot just uses their API to upload screenshots. That said, as Imgur is a platform for sharing, I don't assume they have any interest in hosting images privately.
