Hotkeys in windows10

Description

Hello,
i cannot set the hotkeys as wished, because Greenshot says: already used by another app(s).
My problem is that i cannot find what app(s) that should be.
Exiting all possible-running apps responsible for this, did not solve the issue.
Can you advise me how to deal with this problem?

The problem is OneDrive, disable the screenshot functionality.
You have to uncheck the checkbox here: https://greenshot.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/17100/15-12-03%2014_33_20-Start.png
