Notifcation center

In Greenshot there is no central way of handling "notifications", like a store / forward of things that happen. e.g. when I upload a screenshot to a cloud service what needs to happen with the upload uri?

In there is a problem with the order, when the clipboard is used as a destination.

I also have a wish to add "pushalot" as a notification service, which currently would be need a hack if I want to add it.
