Actually when you use greenshot with Github.com and create new issues, you can directly copy paste with clipboard and type CTRL+C inside the Wysiwyg, it would be greate to have plugin for wordpress to copy past inside tinymce editor.
There are a differents steps to do this :
Configure acces with multiple instance (if you have multiple wordpress site with differents accounts)
Maybe use API Wordpress to upload
Final results :
print with greenshot and save in clipboard
Create new post in wordpress, and past greenshot link
Upload directly in library
Generate the thumb or print
