Make capture region adjustable (not commit capture immediately)

Very good idea that should definitely be implemented in v2.0. This is one thing I miss about my old screen capture software, I was able to drag and select a custom area quickly and then release the mouse and resize the region if needed. I was then able to left click again as well as hit ENTER, SPACEBAR, or any other key to capture the screenshot. ESC was still used to cancel the process.

The main idea is make the region clipping more flexiable: After conforming the capture region, do not commit capture immediately, but make the region adjustable and we can adjust this region and commit capture by double-clicking the inside of the region.
Just like the screenshot feature in QQ (an instant messager).
