Using OCR

@David Brand I just uploaded a Greenshot version 1.2.9.x (still in development) where I added an experimental OCR plugin which works under Windows 10. Maybe you can have a look if this works for you?

David, for Greenshot 1.3 I have implemented the Windows build-in OCR of Windows 10 which is fast and quite good.
It will be a while before everything is stable, but if there is something to test can we contact you?
Important is that you have Windows 10...?
