Don't be alarmed, we moved: http://getgreenshot.org/2014/06/22/greenshot-switches-to-jira-for-bug-reports-and-feature-requests/
I guess it depends on what you are looking for, but most of it was already documented here: http://getgreenshot.org/faq/how-can-i-backup-my-greenshot-configuration-or-transfer-it-to-another-machine/
About the export, the idea is good and I will have a look at it for Greenshot 2.0 (eventually Greenshot 2.1)

I didn't realize how easy it was to copy the configuration. Thanks.
It would be nice if you could add a feature that "exports" the INI file to a location of your choice and imports it from a location of your choice.
In the meantime, I think you should add a section in the help (<http://getgreenshot.org/help/>) that explains how to copy the configuration file. The heading "Copying your configuration" should be in the help contents to make it easy to find.
You could use this:
*Copying your configuration*
Greenshot’s configuration is stored within a single file called Greenshot.ini. To copy your configuration settings to another computer, copy Greenshot.ini from one computer to the other. Greenshot must be closed on the target computer before copying the file.
Greenshot.ini is located at:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Greenshot\ (in Windows Vista or later)
or -
C:\Documents and Settings%USERNAME%\Application Data\Greenshot\ (in Windows XP)
For the portable (ZIP) version of Greenshot, the file is stored within the directory where you unzipped Greenshot.

Hi,
Greenshot's configuration is stored in a single file on your hard disk, you can easily transfer it to another computer by simply copying it. Just make sure that Greenshot is not running while you replace the configuration file (otherwise the settings might get overwritten again).
You might be interested in the following FAQs
[Where does Greenshot store its configuration settings?](http://getgreenshot.org/faq/where-does-greenshot-store-its-configuration-settings/)
[How can I backup my Greenshot configuration? Or transfer it to another machine?](http://getgreenshot.org/faq/how-can-i-backup-my-greenshot-configuration-or-transfer-it-to-another-machine/)
If you are using Greenshot on different computers, you might also be interested in trying the zipped version. You can unzip it e.g. to a USB stick, the configuration file will be stored on the USB stick as well. You can download the ZIP release ("NO-INSTALLER") from our [version history page](http://getgreenshot.org/version-history/).
Please let us know whether one of these options matches your demands.
Thanks and best regards,
Jens

It would be nice to have an option to save the my configuration (preferences) so that when I install it on a different computer I could just import my preferences and start working. This is important for screen capture programs which are often used on a customer's computer.
I apologize if there is such an option already, but I didn't see it anywhere.
