Color Picker On Screen

Description

It'd be nice if we could get a color picker for things that are on screen (and perhaps it could show you the hex code for the color as well?)

PicPick has this feature, and it seems they've implemented this nicely

I'm aware that this is available by taking a screenshot and then using the color picker function, but doing this over and over is really repetitive.
