Remove a section of an image and add visual indications of the removal
Description
Sometimes I have to create large screenshots where I only need the top (e.g. title) of the image and bottom (e.g. a specific form field on a page).
To minimize clutter I would like to be able to cut out the middel section, and add visual indications of the removal, e.g. a serrated cut out line (see attachment)
