I am not using MS Teams chat, but I did some research and from what I read it seems that copy/pasting from Greenshot to MS Teams works fine. Is this what you're trying to do? Otherwise, please let me know about your expectations.
If copy/pasting does not work for you, you might want to try different clipboard formats, you can configure these in the settings dialog, experts tab.

Add the ability to upload image to a Microsoft Teams chat, or to a Teams channel. This ability already exists for Skype.
