I propose update the documentation on this page:
Please add that if the Windows 11 July Update is in place, Snipping tool uses the PrintScreen Key as a default.
You can change this behaviour in the settings: Accessibility → Keyboard → turn off “Use the Print Screen Key To Open Snipping Tool”
Afterwards restart Greenshot and everything works again
Unfortunately I seem to be unable to comment other issues or features, but this also seems to be the solution for
