OptimizePNGCommand not working?

Description

Today I upgraded from version 1.2.10.6 to 1.3.277. I realized that oxipng was not executed after saving a PNG file to optimize the PNG file. Version 1.2.10.6 did this.

Does version 1.3.277 not support the OptimizePNGCommand and OptimizePNGCommandArguments values from the Greenshot.ini file?
