I used the stable version 1.2.10.6 to take some screenshots, added objects (circle, rectangle, textbox, etc.) with its Image Editor, and saved. Also, I attach another image which can be displayed in browser to explain how it looks like in 1.2.10.6: “Dot_greenshot_file_saved_with_stable_1.2.10.6_opened_with_stable_1.2.10.6.png“)

Bug:

After that, I installed the unstable version 1.3.235, and use it to open the same .greenshot file, and it couldn’t display any objects (circle, rectangle, textbox, etc.). This is the bug I am reporting here. This attached image shows what’s happening: “Dot_greenshot_file_saved_with_stable_1.2.10.6_opened_with_unstable_1.3.235.png“

A side note, .greenshot files saved with 1.3.235 don’t have this problem. If I use 1.3.235 to edit my screenshot and add objects to it, then when I open them again later 1.3.235, the objects can be displayed. But still, the problem described in previous paragraph still needs to be fixed.

Possible solutions:

1. The ideal solution is to make 1.3.235 able to load objects saved with 1.2.10.6

2. If not, then please at least give a proper error message.
