Had already checked that notifications in Windows were not disabled. Downloaded and installed version 1.3.220 as you suggested. All OK.

Hey Carl,
you are using an older unstable version of Greenshot, I’m not sure if you installed this with a purpose?
But if you did so, I would suggest you check for newer versions before you report an issue. Actually Greenshot should have reported that there was a newer version available, maybe you disabled that?
There is an new unstable with the version 1.3.220 available here: https://github.com/greenshot/greenshot/releases (or also here: https://getgreenshot.org/version-history/ )
This should actually have some fixes for that, but due to the lack of information in this issue (Windows 10 has many versions) I’m not 100% sure if it fixes your issue. The underlying source for the issue might be that you disabled the notifications inside Windows, is that possible?
