PrintScreen doesn't work. Got rid of OneDrive AND Dropbox and yet it still doesn't work.

Worked fine before I had to hard reset my computer, went though the "troubleshooting" in FAQ that told me to look at OneDrive and Dropbox. Really wish I didn't waste so many hours trying to make this garbage app work
Environment
Just flat out everything doesn't work. Can't even open it without an error message saying that its already running in another folder

try to find out which tool makes use of the Print Screen key, there’s software out there to do this job. If you find out, feel free to let us know, maybe it would be interesting for other users too.
And try to be nice to people spending their spare time to give free software to you.

I think there is some other application on your PC, which is causing the PrntScrn button not to work.
But before we have you waste more time., let’s do it this way: you uninstall the garbage app Greenshot, and we give you back the money you paid us. I think that sounds like a deal! Let me know if I need to remove your from our Jira system.
