In Windows 10 the Capture Window feature is not able to set the region to a full window
Description
It used to be easy to use the dynamic window capture mode ("Use interactive window capture mode") to get a screen shot of a window, but in Windows 10, this became quite difficult, as the portion of the screen which is highlighted is usually only a portion of the current window, and even mousing around quite carefully often does not allow one to include the title bar in the captured window. in some cases the the rectangle is partially in the window and partially totally outside of it.
As a comment or feature suggestion: make the dynamic window border display configurable, I would find it much easier to use if it was a heavy red border, the green thin line is often hard to see, even with the green highlighting of the selected area - the change is too subtle.
If it is easier to implement, then perhaps another hotkey for the full current window capture, as an option?
