Previous bug fix for UpdateCheckInterval= parameter causes other problem

Description

A previous bug fix changed the value of the parameter that determines how often a check is done to the web site for an updated version of the Greenshot application. The bug fix apparently forced a value of 14 days instead of the previous default of 1 day. The problem is now that it cannot be changed to a value of 0 (zero) so that no update check is ever made. Every time an attempt is made to change the parameter to UpdateCheckInterval=0, it will not save it and changes the value back to UpdateCheckInterval=14.

This is a duplicate of BUG-2077, in the other ticket we will update the progress.
A fix should be made available "shortly".
