After upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1, the hotkeys would not work. I uninstalled Greenshot and reinstalled, but hotkeys still do not work.
I do not have Dropbox installed. OneDrive is set not to save screenshots.
What else should I be checking?

FYI, I upgraded a Windows 7 computer to Windows 10, and the hotkeys still work on this older computer.
