All Destination's selection will be used if not select destination automaticaly

The selections you make, are the destinations where your capture is sent to not that which is shown in the destination picker..
"works as designer", from that perspective this is not a bug.
You in fact want a new feature, making the list of destinations configurable! This is planed for Greenshot 2.x, where I will have a new UI for the settings.
Follow FEATURE-598, I just started working on it.

In preferences tab Destination, If I want to only select three destination for example, Save as (displaying dialog), Open in image Editor, and Microsoft Word. My expected result is I can remove other destination that I don't need after capturing screenshot but it didn't work well After I captured screenshot, all destination will be used; Save As Dialog is displayed and so Image Editor and MS Word.
