"Launch Greenshot on startup" greyed out for user with administrative permissions on Win10

Explanation: It seems you chose the option "Start Greenshot with Windows start" during installation. The installer runs with administrator privileges, so you have to run the app as administrator to change this option.
Fixing: close Greenshot from the system tray (right-click, Exit). Then find the app in start menu, right-click it, choose "more", then "Run as administrator". Now, the option is available. Change it, close greenshot from the tray again and now run it from start menu without the administrator permissions (left-click on the app icon).

I have Just had to re-create my Hard Drive, its Windows 7 x64 Pro SP1 and I am having this problem too
I have enough stuff autorunning and want to start Greenshot when I need it!

I'm seeing this bug too. Has anything been done?
See attached image. Cannot disable Greenshot startup on Win10 in GS settings even with user which installed Greenshot. Successfully able to disable startup using Task Manager. If on Win10 user can only do this using Task Manager he should be instructed using a tooltip, otherwise this is classifies as a bug.
