This is the first report of this error, ever... so it must have something to do with an unusual case.
The printscreen is handled by the mRemoteNG?? Are you getting a remote capture on the clipboard, which you locally open?
In other words, can you explain where what happens? Is Greenshot running locally, or remote?
P.S.
It might be that we can't help directly here, we can't support every application in every combination...

Este es el primer informe de este error , siempre ... por lo que debe tener algo que ver con un caso inusual .
El printscreen es manejado por el mRemoteNG ?? ¿Usted está consiguiendo una captura remota en el portapapeles, que se abre a nivel local?
En otras palabras , ¿puede explicar donde lo que sucede ? Greenshot es ejecutado localmente o a distancia ?

Podría ser que no podemos ayudar directamente aquí , no podemos apoyar todas las aplicaciones en todas las combinaciones ...
within a RDP, using mRemoteNG, I press the print screen key , then select Open in Greenshot program from the clipboard. I fail there .
