Have you ever used virtual machines?
It is best practice to use them if you want to test your code inside another OS.

I have .NET 4.51 already installed on my PC.
I have checked it in such a way: I download it: https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40779 and installer said that it has been already installed.
Error message translated is something like this: "Failed to find type of Windows execution environment".

I have updated the Ocr.exe, this should have Windows 8.1 as the target platform and needs .NET 4.51
Probably this doesn't work either, most likely it will give the same error, but if possible... can you translate the error?

I just noticed I build the application for Windows 10, which might explain why...
What .NET Version do you have installed?

If it's okay, I will build another version for 8.1.
