OneDrive prevents Greenshot hotkeys from working

Description

This issue started after the most recent Win 10 update. Onedrive got automatically enabled to save all screenshots to its self and I got an error message from Greenshot that other applications were using the same hotkey (PrintScn), as in the attachment. I have disabled Onedrive, so now don't get the error message, but when I press Print Screen I get all open Windows from all screens.

If I right click on on the Greenshot logo on the task bar, then I can select "Capture Region". But I use Greenshot a lot and it often will takes too long to have to select Capture Region. I need it from the Hotkey. In Greenshot preferences (as in the 2nd attachment) Print Scrn is set. No other HotKeys are set.

Environment

I am running Windows 10 Home, yesterday there was an large update to Win 10.

CPU Intel i7, 16 Gb RAM, multiple screens. No other capture software in use.

Closed due to no feedback, assuming it will be solved.
If not, we are starting with release candidates and there is still time to fix things.

Added a bit of a hack to add OneDrive to the message, if the setting is detected.

Available with 1.2.9.86 and later for testing, from here:

You can disable the OneDrive screenshot functionality like this: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1136560-how-to-disable-windows-10-screen-capture

I have done a lot of research, comparing the registry before and after enabling the screenshot functionality of OneDrive,
The settings are not in the registry, as far as I can see.
I did found a file, located here: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings\Personal\...._screenshot.dat which seems to have a value for the functionality.
This is completely undocumented, although I could read this it might not be correct after an OneDrive update.

So I created a question in the microsoft forum:
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/4deead41-74d3-417b-8e22-c0a15d724868/onedrive-script-to-disable-automatically-save-screenshots-i-capture-to-onedrive?forum=windowsazuredevelopment

Let's see what they say...

I have set Ctrl + R as the hotkey. They works just fine. PrintScn does not. So the issue is to do with the PrintScn function that has been hijacked by some new function in Windows. This has happened with the Threshold 2 Windows that was released 17th November 2015. I suggest that people set a key that they dont use to be the NEW HotKey for Greenshot. But don't use things like Ctrl + V, C, X etc,
