Seems to be a weird case with the "Lucida Sans Typewriter", that it doesn't support any available FontStyles (Regular, Bold, Italic, Strikeout or Unterline).
I can fix this single problem, by drawing the text "Lucida Sans Typewriter" using a default font, the question is what happens later IF you would select this faulty font.

Anyway, a fix will be available for testing in a few days (1.2.6.x).
