Textbox is no longer in input mode right after creation

Description

The Problem:

  • first seen in V. 1.2.0.72 (is still in V. 1.2.1.2)

  • when creating a TextBox in the Editor, the cursor is not in the box.
    It is reproduceable:

  • it occurs when the text alignement is "Centered" or "right"

  • Workaround/Fix: selecting the TextBox with the "pointer"-Tool, Change text Alignement to "left".
Then it also works for future textboxes.

  • You can break it again by chaning the Alignement back to "Center" or "right".

Clemens

Hi Robin,

I can confirm that you can get into the TextBox again by selecting the "pointer"-tool and then doubleclick the TextBox.
Same behaviour witht he speech bubble.

Sorry for the "not-exact-description",
Clemens

I did notice that the box doesn't start with the editing active, but after selecting it I always get a cursor! There is no difference when selecting different alignments.
What language is you windows set to?

That is weird, I can't reproduce it...
Can you tell me what you do, step by step? Including, how you add the textbox, even how you start drawing it, like start with the mouse "bottom left" and draw it to "top right".
