Hello Olivier,

thank you for the feedback, somehow I assume a process had access to it.

I did make a small change, which comes in 1.1.8, which should make it potentially better.
As I can't reproduce it, I can't tell if it works.

I will close this ticket.

Best wishes,
Robin

Liberkey is a free package of portable apps : http://www.liberkey.com/
I'have deleted all files of greenshot , desinstal, & re instal, and it's great
thanks.

Hi Olivier,

I actually don't know Liberkey, and the package you are using doesn't come from us! Is there a maintainer for this package? As the source is unknown, I hope this is safe...

All I can say, the error you are seeing is what probably is wrong...
Some application has the greenshot.ini is in use by other process, maybe you have it open in an editor? As long as Greenshot doesn't have full access to this file, it won't work correctly! Greenshot needs to be able to write to this file.

Best wishes,
Robin
