Scrolling issue

Description

While trying to add text to the lower portion of a full-screen capture, it keeps scrolling up towards the top, thus preventing it from laying down a text-box correctly.

Running Win 7 64 Bit

Download one of the newer version, even if we didn't release it officially it's a lot more stable than what you are using right now.
