Screen Shot not appearing in email

Description

I am taking the screen shot and putting it in the body of the email however when I sent the email, the screen shot is not there. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Richard,

As I can only guess, which probably doesn't lead to a solution...
Can you supply us with the following information:
1) Greenshot version
2) which Email application you are using, or are you using a browser?
3) the process you follow to add the screenshot to the email
