At the end of December I downloaded Greenshot onto a personal computer. My computer immediately had a virus. I admit that I was absentmindedly clicking through after I pressed download. Is it possible the virus came in with the Greenshot download or more likely that I pressed “yes” to something by accident. I have to switch to a new computer at work and would really love to continue using Greenshot but am really afraid to get the virus again as it was super time consuming to get rid of.
Was this a known issue? Any suggestions on how to avoid it in the future?
Thanks

I can’t figure out how to delete this support request so I’m commenting. I took a chance and downloaded Greenshot again. There were no issues so it must have been my fault for clicking on something I should not have. Lots of pop ups to short through. I hope all the developers are well and I think you for this awesome product!
