I am having issues with some of our Citrix clients who are using Greenshot.
The issue is when the press PrtScrn greenshots open a new empty desktop.
It does not open on the current screen what is open. Each time a new desktop without any icons on it.
On the internet i cannot find any solution for this. Users are also unable to perform a lot like repair the application etc. No software is enabled by policy.
I forgot to say not all our Citrix users are experiencing this problem. For now only 3-4 of 500 users.
This issue just appeared. It is not like since the beginning it is like this.
We have still some older OS VDI’s running the OS i think it is Windows 7.
But to be prepared if needed.
No one can help me out here
