Image editor is stuck on a second monitor which I cannot see anymore

Description

I have a second monitor connected to my laptop. The screen on my laptop is no longer working. When I capture a screenshot and try to edit the image, the editor does not appear on the second monitor (even though I am duplicating the screens)...
If I go to the task manager and maximize the Greenshot editor window, it appears on the screen. If I de-maximize the window, it disappears completely

Environment

On windows 7 64 bit

Fixed this for the 1.2.9 release coming up, fix is available in 1.2.9.37 or later which you can find for testing here: https://github.com/greenshot/greenshot/releases

This is not released yet, don't try this if your live depends on greenshot.

Just an idea, have you tried this?

1. Maximize Greenshot editor, then resize it so it is only on your working screen
2. Set your desktop to extend to the secondary screen
3. Set your working screen to be your primary screen
4. Set your desktop back to mirror
