Iām seeing similar behavior on Win10 10.0.19045. Also running a 3 monitor H configuration. Running PowerToys FancyZones for window management, possibly relevant because on one of my screens I see the Greenshot cursor within one of the FancyZone regions on a screen but not the ot hers. For the other monitors, Greenshot cursor works on lower half of screen (but large areas of screen blacked out) but those regions are not correlated to FancyZones area. But the behavior is oddly similar to the video on this ticket in other ways. Happening for about a week now.
When attempting to use the Capture Region feature, it looks like Greenshot tries to begin the region capture in the upper-left most corner of my display area (monitor 1), but the visual/overlay for upper portion of that monitor is transposed to the bottom portion of my right-most monitor (monitor 3). The transposed overlay is the only area where Greenshot will then take a capture (should I click-and-drag the mouse), but the captured region is actually what was under the overlay, not the transposed screen.
A video demonstrating the problem is available on my Dropbox. Iāll leave it there for a while. Link:
Greenshot (same version Iām running now) had been working fine for months, and this problem only started yesterday. This happens regardless of whether I use the keyboard shortcut (Prnt scrn) or the context menu option from the Greenshot icon in the system tray.
I have tried reinstalling Greenshot to no avail.
