I run two external monitors off of a Microsoft Surface. The Surface runs at 2736 X 1824 (recommended) resolution, with the scale at 200% (recommended). The two external monitors run at 100% scal at 1920X1080 each. When you press the capture button, the images on the external monitors will end up being doubled in size. You will only be able to see 1/4 of the screen. To be able to capture an image, it has to be on my Surface screen, or I have to turn off the 200% scaling on the Surface screen so the images on the external screens stay at their normal size.
