Copy to clipboard/Paste results in two pasted images

I've used Greenshot for ages and love it. I use it daily. But in the past week or so I've noticed that whenever I capture a screenshot, choose "copy to clipboard" and then paste somewhere (Word document, email, anything) I get two identical images. This happens on different computers, different browsers. I downloaded the most recent version of Greenshot but it's still happening. Can't for the life of me figure out what could be causing this. I'm doing the exact same process that I've always used for capture/copy/past.
