Broken with Microsoft Powertoys 0.33.1 FancyZones

Description

Given the described environment and a custom FancyZone setting with three zones

GreenShot breaks down when trying to capture a custom sized area.

When I activate greenshot the active window in zone 3 above is moved 2/3rds to the right making impossible to make a screenshot.

workaround is to disable FancyZones

but as a developer that uses both FancyZones and a screenshot taker like Greenshot a lot this is a deal breaker. Since no other software gives the FancyZones functionality I will probably drop GS due to this in the long run.

I can't take screenshots to attach since it's broken.

Environment

Windows 10 with MS PowerToys FancyZones installed and activated.

We won't fix this, if applications do something to Greenshot we cannot help that.
There is a solution (exclude greenshot.exe), and we are working on a way to make this automatic

This is not something I can fix on the side of Greenshot, it’s impossible to undo the funky stuff which FancyZones does. So I hope you also created an issue on their side?

For now, add greenshot.exe to the excluded processes in the FancyZones configuration.

You can find that solution here: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/wiki/Application-Compatibility

I also added an issue on their side, to work on a solution:
