Entire screen goes black when region capture is selected
Description
The entire screen goes black when region capture is selected, so there is no way to identify the region to be selected.

Was this always the case or did it start recently?
We have seen this before, and in all cases it was due to drive issue with local software.
Please check if you have the most recent graphics driver, and all windows updates.
