First of all, thanks for such an awesome tool!
When hitting the print screen, the whole screen gets shifted. The laptop screen gets moved to the 32:9 screen and some of the 32:9 screen content gets moved outside of the viewing area. When moving the mouse and selecting some area, an area from another part of the screen gets selected.
It is just weird behavior that makes the software unusable :/.
Am I the only one with this kind of monitor and/or behavior?
Windows 10 on Laptop with 32:9 Samsung S9 monitor + PowerToys to define zones on the screen.
I have it set up so that the laptop is one full screen, and the 32:9 monitor has two sections, by being split horizontally in half.
Please add greenshot.exe to the excluded apps in PowerToys, you can find it on the bottom of the fanzy zones settings.
Unfortunately PowerToys breaks Greenshot, I’m pretty sure this is your problem.
They should do opt-in, not opt-out for applications…
The fix WORKED!
Thanks, Robin :)
Thank your for the feedback, closing this.
I’ve added an issue with PowerToys, I do not like that every user has to go through the “oh it doesn’t work, find a solution or report this with Greenshot” steps…
