The Print Button dosn't work anymore in Windows. The new Screenshot tool from Microsoft is configured on that button, but if I uninstall the tool, it still dosn't work.

We tested it with 3 different versions of greenshot, on different Notebooks but still get the same error.

Thanks for reporting this - Just to clarify - by “the new screenshot tool from Microsoft” you mean some part of the latest insider preview?

We set the Screenshot Settings in Greenshot a few times, but it won’t recognize the Print Button for Screenshots. Every other key works fine for Greenshot.

Thanks for keeping is updated. If you installed the other tool and it still doesn’t work, chances are that there is another potentially conflicting tool.

Various people have reported issues with OneNote and DropBox, but there are probably more than those. Have you tried a tool to find out which program is registered to specific hotkeys?

We looked in the Registry, but can only find the tool from Microsoft that comes with windows Updates.
We uninstalled Drop Box and OneNote, the issue continued.
If we uninstall the tool, reinstall greenshot and set the shortcut (in GS) it works exactly once.
Afterwards, Greenshot doesn't react if you specified the Print Button in the settings.
Every other Key works fine.
