Hi there,
I am afraid I can't provide any more information at this point. When the
error happened I informed via a notification on the device display.
The notification only asked to send the log file. However if this happens
again, I'll add more information.

Hi Amir - alright - thanks for getting back to me :)
I did some more research about this error and just found out it has already been fixed for Greenshot 1.3 (official release has not been published yet).
If you are okay with installing an unstable (i.e. not thoroughly tested version), you can get it here: https://getgreenshot.org/version-history/ - otherwise you need to wait until version 1.3 is final and released (no scheduled release date yet).
