Screen "whiting out" when I hit capture button. Only on high res monitor.

I have 2 monitors. One is a normal 1080p monitor and one is a new 2k hdr 170hz monitor. When I hit the capture button, everything on the HDR monitor gets very white washed and looks horrible... depending on the capture it is completely white. The image is this way too that it captures but it doesn't do it on the 1080 monitor. Seems to be only happening in Chrome for some reason.
