App crash while trying to close during ISP outage

Description

Experienced ISP outage this morning, took screenshot of the new edge:surf game, opened in editor, and then minimized. Tried to restore screenshot a few minutes later, but app would not respond. I could hover GS icon on taskbar, and then hover the window preview, but clicking it would not bring app to foreground. Tried to right-click icon on taskbar > Close multiple times. After 10+ sec delay, the Save Dialog finally appeared, and I chose No. The GS icon remained on taskbar. Few moments later, received the same Save Dialog, but pressing No generated this bug report:
