1.3.108 - Bug - Powerpoint insert with code exception when powerpoint isn't already running

Description

Testing new Dev-Version 1.3.108 (x64) from Greenshot:

Transfering screenshot to MS Powerpoint (whatever the way I choose) ends in a code exception, when powerpoint isn't already running. So it seems that there is a problem in starting powerpoint.exe over greenshot
